Club Hotel Casino Loutraki would like to inform the general public that on 20/09/2024 the repayment of the advance payment that was for seed by the ratified Restructuring Agreement was completed. The total amount is 28 million euros and is attributed to the Entities of the wider Public Sector and in particular, to the advance payment of 8 million euros to the Greek State and 20 million euros to e-EFKA. The above amount was paid entirely from the equity of the international Group “Comer Group International” (94% shareholder since the summer of 2020) of the company – Member of the Consortium “CLUB HOTEL LOUTRAKI CASINO TOURIST AND HOTEL ENTERPRISES SA”.
Henceforth, the company, with the invaluable help of its employees and the valuable support of its customers, continues its operation with a double objective – purpose: on one hand to maintain and continue the provision of high-level services and on the other hand to complete its recovery, through the full repayment of its debts.
Comer Group continues to support and invest in Club Hotel Casino Loutraki as it believes in this business move, and is proceeding with the renovation and modernization of the company’s facilities (Casino and Hotel).
