A key priority of Club Hotel Casino Loutraki, within the framework of Corporate & Social Responsibility, is to minimize the negative impacts of its business activities by promoting responsible entertainment and preventing gambling addiction.
In this context, the company has implemented innovative and pioneering Corporate Responsibility actions, which are ahead of their time in the casino industry, to ensure an environment of “Responsible Entertainment” for its visitors.

The main concern of Casino Loutraki is to take all necessary measures for information and awareness, ensuring that entertainment does not turn into a threat or addiction. Club Hotel Casino Loutraki was the first company in the industry to voluntarily implement a self-exclusion policy for players.
It consistently implements policies such as voluntary self-barring from the casino, and it extended the ability to ban entry for first-degree relatives long before it became a state policy.
